News from and for our Midwest Academy of Management Members
On Thursday night between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m, October 14th, join us
in the Playmaker’s Lounge in the Canad Inn Destination Center. We will have
light appetizers, beverages, music, and the opportunity to celebrate with
old and new friends. This event will feature the music of Michael Pink, a
local singer-songwriter. For more information regarding Michael Pink visit
http://www.myspace.com/michaelpink.
Once again, the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society
is holding a
"Teaching Bootcamp" on the Thursday prior to our 2010 Conference. If
you are a doctoral student or a relatively newer faculty member, you will
get a lot out of this six-hour workshop. If you are interested in
registering, please download the information
and contact Roy Lewicki at
Lewicki_1@fisher.osu.edu.
On Friday at the Conference, a special discussion on Second Life
Applications in Pedagogy will be held. See the
flyer for complete
information and plan to attend this Technological presentation.
There will be a social event and hockey game at our Midwest Academy meeting this year.
